Step Aerobics


Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It's lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. 

You step up, around, and down from a platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles. Sounds simple, but I promise you, it is super effective and loads of fun!!

High Intensity Interval Training

This is a high energy, high calorie burn and super fun workout. It includes periods of  high intensity followed by shorter periods of less intensity.
